RESTORE & REBALNCE - HTMA 12 WEEK PROGRAMME
Restore & Rebalance
A personalised 12-week programme combining HTMA testing with ongoing one-to-one nutrition and lifestyle support.
Everyone who works with me through this programme begins with a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).
This functional test provides valuable insight into your mineral levels and ratios, potential stress patterns and exposure to certain toxic metals. As hair grows slowly, the results can help us understand patterns that may have developed within the body over recent months.
Your results allow me to create personalised recommendations based on what your body may need, rather than relying on generic advice.
Your programme includes:
-
A comprehensive Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
-
A 60–90-minute initial consultation
-
A detailed review and personalised interpretation of your results

-
Monday-to-Friday WhatsApp support for questions, guidance and reassurance

This programme is ideal if you want more than a set of test results. You want ongoing support, accountability and clear, step-by-step guidance to help you put your recommendations into practice.
The aim is to help you understand your body more clearly and make meaningful, manageable changes, with professional guidance throughout, so you never feel as though you have to work everything out alone.

FAQ
Where do you take the hair sample from?
Don’t worry—I’ll guide you through it on our call and send you a video
When is best to test?
Any time! There’s no “perfect” time. Just ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free from product.
Can I test if my hair is coloured or bleached?
Ideally, wait 6–8 weeks after colouring or bleaching. Alternatively, ask your stylist to cut a sample before your next appointment.
How is a HTMA Test Different to a Blood Test?
A Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test provides insights into your body's mineral status and heavy metal exposure by analysing a small sample of hair. Because hair grows continuously and captures mineral deposits as it does, the HTMA test offers a record of your body's mineral levels over a period of time—typically around 3 months.
Here’s what makes it different:
Hair as a Biological Record
As hair grows, it accumulates minerals and elements from your bloodstream, offering a long-term picture of your health—unlike a blood test, which reflects a moment in time.
Long-Term Overview
HTMA gives a broader perspective of how your body has been functioning over several months, revealing trends that may not show up in a single blood draw.
Mineral Ratios & Imbalances
The test analyses minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and zinc—and the relationships between them. These patterns can highlight energy issues, stress response, and metabolic function.
Stress & Toxicity Levels
It can detect heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium, which can significantly impact your wellbeing and contribute to chronic symptoms.
Metabolic Type & Stress Response
HTMA helps determine if you're in a fast or slow metabolic state and what stage of stress your body is in. This helps tailor the best nutrition and lifestyle plan for your unique biochemistry.
Once you have purchased your test I will be in contact within 24 hours (Monday through Friday - If you order on a weekend I shall be in contact on the Monday) with a consent form, welcome pack and to confirm your details for the test.
