My Story

“For years, I felt like I was fighting against my own body. Learning to work with it changed everything.”

Hey, I'm Keira

There was a time when I genuinely felt broken.

I was living with chronic PCOS symptoms... Pain, hair loss, inflammation, aching joints, anxiety, brain fog, bloating and only two periods a year.

I didn't feel healthy. I didn't feel like myself. And with dreams of becoming a mum one day, I worried about what my future might look like.

I reached a point where I couldn't accept feeling that way as my normal.

So I became curious.

I changed the way I ate, initially removing refined sugar for six months. But it wasn't really about the sugar. For the first time, I started reading labels, cooking differently, planning my meals and noticing how the food I ate made me feel.

I arranged my own functional testing and started learning everything I could about nutrition, nutrients, lifestyle and the body.

But the biggest change was this:

I stopped fighting my body and started learning how to support it.

Over time, my cycles became regular. The brain fog and bloating improved. My joints stopped hurting. I felt clearer, healthier and more at home in my own body.

And after years of wondering whether becoming a mum would even be possible for me, I went on to conceive both of my children naturally.

That journey changed everything.

I left my career in corporate sales and marketing, went back to studying and became a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.

Today, my approach goes beyond what's on your plate. I look at nutrition alongside stress, sleep, lifestyle, habits and nervous-system wellbeing, because I've learned that feeling well isn't just about what we eat. It's about how we live, too.

I know what it's like to look in the mirror and feel as though your body has let you down.

And I know how powerful it can be when you stop seeing your body as the enemy and start becoming curious about what it needs.

That's why I do what I do.

Nourish. Embody. Thrive.
