Created by Keira Louisa – Nutritional Therapist & Mum on a Mission

Hi, I’m Keira – founder of Keira Louisa Nutrition, Nutritional Therapist, and mum of two.

I created The Healthy Recipe Club with a clear mission:


To help families reduce ultra-processed foods (UPFs) and embrace real, nourishing, whole food meals—without stress, restriction, or overwhelm.

Why? Because I’ve been there too…

You’re doing your best, but the energy just isn’t there.
Your child is constantly battling coughs, colds, or bugs.
Everyone’s moods feel all over the place, sleep is inconsistent, and focus—whether yours or theirs—is a daily challenge.

And the truth is, you’re not alone.

The modern diet is overloaded with UPFs—often disguised as “healthy” choices. These foods are filled with additives, sugars, and chemicals that can negatively impact energy, immunity, digestion, hormones, mood, and more.

We’ve been taught to trust the labels, but it’s time to go back to basics—real food, for real families.

As a mum, I’m incredibly passionate about supporting families to eat well in a way that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and truly nourishing.

I spent years struggling with PCOS symptoms: anxiety, irregular or missing periods, fatigue, sleep issues, joint pain, stubborn weight gain around the stomach, and PMS symptoms that left me wiped out for days. I was frustrated, exhausted, and searching for answers.

As a mum of a child with a severe dairy intolerance, I know first-hand how overwhelming food allergies and sensitivities can be. Inside the club, I include suggestions and swaps for common intolerances wherever possible, so that everyone at the table feels included and supported.
