Welcome to "Level Up Your Nutrition," the most flexible way to work with me on a month-by-month basis. This program is designed to help you break free from diet culture, understand the science-backed foundations of nutrition, and learn how to fuel your body to reach your health and body goals.

This program is perfect for busy women who want to improve their energy levels, sleep better, lose weight / body fat ( in a consistent way), balance their moods, and want to learn to eat for optimal health (while enjoying the food you want to eat - There is no plain chicken, brocolli and and rice on my personised meal plans!)

What Makes This Program Unique

Break Free from Diet Culture: This program teaches you how to create long-term, sustainable habits, moving away from quick fixes and fad diets. No food is off-limits, and you won't be told to restrict entire food groups.

Personalized Approach: After completing an in-depth diet and lifestyle questionnaire, you'll have an induction power hour with me to discuss your goals and create a personalized plan. This includes nutrition guidance, lifestyle changes, and weekly support to keep you on track.

Flexible Monthly Subscription: The program works on a month-by-month basis, allowing you to join when it suits you. The first month is £200, and each following month is £99. Places are limited to ensure individual support, so make sure to reserve your spot.

What to Expect in the First Month

  • Induction Power Hour: A one-hour consultation to set your goals and create a personalised nutrition plan for the first 4 weeks.

  • Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly 30-minute Zoom or phone calls to track your progress and adjust targets as needed.

  • Nutrition Education: Learn about nutrition based on science, not the latest social media trends. Understand how to fuel your body for optimal health.

  • Recipes and PDF Guides: Get delicious recipes and useful PDFs to help you stay on track and create healthy habits.

  • Direct Access to Me: You can ask questions via WhatsApp Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

What You Get After the First Month

  • Two 30-Minute Check-In Calls: Keep up with your goals and get ongoing support.

  • Continued Support: You'll have access to ask questions and get guidance as you work towards your goals via WhatApp Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

  • Delicious Recipes: Continue to enjoy a variety of tasty and healthy recipes every month 

  • Support from Your Coach: I'll be there to cheer you on and keep you accountable as you progress.

Important Notes

  • The program works on a month-by-month basis, with a fee of £99 per month after the first month.

  • After the first month, if you leave for 6 months or more, you'll need to complete the induction again.

  • The program is flexible and tailored to your individual needs, but your success depends on your commitment to the process.
